You do not need to know the perfect class before contacting us. The goal is to get your child into the right environment and adjust from there.
Use the age guide above to choose the class that seems closest to your child’s current stage.

First class questions
That is normal. Coaches help students enter the class at their own pace. The first goal is participation, safety, and comfort.
No. Most students begin with little or no formal experience. Our beginner programs are built around progression.
Comfortable athletic clothing. Students should bring water and be ready to move. Avoid jeans, jewelry, or clothing that restricts movement.
We can adjust. If a student clearly belongs in a different program or level, our coaches will help guide the next step.
