Schedule Information

​

Mini Ninja/Ninja-Tots (Preschool Ages 3-5/Tots Ages starting to walk to 2)

  • Focus: build proprioception skills and body awareness in a fun and safe environment that also promotes a community of personal confidence and respect toward others.​

  • Objective: Create a fun and engaging environment where littles are encouraged to be curious and grow.

NinFit Youth (Ages 5-12)

  • Focus: Introduction to basic movements, foundational skills in acrobatics, and fun ninja-style activities.

  • Objective: Develop coordination, strength, and confidence in younger athletes.

TNT Youth (Ages 5-12)

  • Focus: Improving ground acrobatics using tumbling and trampoline drills.

  • Objective: Develop coordination, strength, and confidence in younger athletes using tumbling and trampoline modalities.

NinFit Teens (Ages 13-18 / variable on maturity and skill for younger ages)

  • Focus: Advanced acrobatic training, intensive ninja-style workouts, and skill perfection.

  • Objective: Offer challenging and engaging sessions for teens and adults, focusing on advanced skill acquisition and fitness enhancement.

Aerial Acrobatics Beginner Youth (Ages 7-12)

  • Focus: Introduction to the foundational skills in aerial acrobatics such as silks, trapeze, and lyra

  • Objective: Develop basic body awareness and control while hanging in the air by a rigged apparatus

Intermediate Silks (By Invitation Only)

  • Focus: building upon the foundation of a seasoned beginner aerialist. 

  • Objective: Further education and ability in primarily aerial silks buy offering physical and mental challenges on aerial silks that students are to move through. 

Adult Classes

  • Focus: Using acrobatics and play to connect with a more mature community.

  • Objective: to offer fun and interesting fitness classes for adults that uses the foundation of acrobatics and mobility for training purposes, and encourages them to be curious and play.

Open Gym 

  • Open to all skill levels and ages, unless indicated otherwise.

  • Opportunity for practice, personal workout, or additional skill refinement.

 

Specialty Programs and Events​

  • Homeschool group: We offer quality programing in acrobatics, parkour, and ninja to homeschool groups to help teach body awareness, confidence, and respect.​

  • Birthday Parties: Let us help you celebrate your big day! Rent out the entire gym for a few hours of acrobatic fun for you and your guests! Please contact us for more details.

  • Special Events: Whether you're looking for a good team building activity for your company, you want a fun activity for your bachlor/bachlorette party, or anything else you may think to celebrate we are happy to host! Please contact us for more details.

$150 for the Basics Party Package:

  • -- 1.5 hours for gym rental

(additional time may be requested for an additional fee: $50 per extra half hour. 30 extra minutes of instruction is included with extra half hour rental)

  • -- 15 guests

(additional guests may be requested for an additional fee: $10 per extra guest. Guests are defined as a person who participates in the activities offered during the event. Parents who are assisting their children on the floor based on need will not be counted as a guest.)

Max: 30 guests

  • -- 30 minutes of guided games and obstacle courses, or 30 minutes of aerial instruction

($20 fee for an extra 30 minutes of instruction [total instructional time: 60 min] within the 1.5 hour rental period)

  • -- 30 minutes of Open gym

(Open gym is forfeited if 60 minutes of instructional time is requested within the 1.5 hour rental period)

  • -- tables & chairs for yummy treats & gifts

  • -- special requests maybe approved for a potential additional fee

OPEN DOOR Policy for the first 3 months:

 

Until June 10th all classes and open gyms will have an open door policy. (With the exception of aerial classes. You will need to book your child's spot in advance due to the limited space.) So come as often as you like! Punch Passes will be eligible for both classes and open gyms (Though you are not required to book in advance it is highly encourage). Unused early bird punches after June 10th may only be used for open gym times.

 

On June 10th we will be fully switching to enrollment-based classes where there will be a monthly tuition, and punch passes will only be eligible for open gyms.

 

Please check our pricing plan options and communicate with a representative to see which plan will work best for you and your family. You can sign up for a monthly membership plan as early as TODAY!

 

The drop in rate for a class without use of a membership or punch pass will be $25 per class.

 

The drop in rate for open all gyms without use of a punch pass will be $20 per open gym.
